The most popular posts of 2013!

by Amy on 30 December 2013

I hope you all had a wonderful 2013! For me, 2013 was truly the best year yet. This year, I got to share the news that I was expecting my first child, I celebrated two years of marriage to my wonderful husband, welcomed my baby girl into the world, traveled to Boston + the beaches of Florida, made countless recipes, a tv appearance, + spent tons of time with amazing family and friends. PHEW! Can 2014 top that? It’ll be difficult, but I think it can!

What kind of a year was it for Fearless Homemaker? A great one! The blog had tons of visitors from all over the world, and here are the top 5 most popular posts this year!

5. M&M Cookie Bars – I’m not the least bit surprised these made it into the top 5. Buttery, fudgy, + studded with M&Ms, plus super simple + quick to make? Win!

4. Chocolate Avocado Pudding – This recipe is neat because it brought a lot of new readers to my site: people looking for gluten-free, dairy-free, + vegan desserts. Plus, it’s delicious – almost all the feedback I get about this recipe is positive.

3. Cilantro-Lime Rice – Mmmm, this recipe is delicious. Super simple, incredibly flavorful rice, just like Chipotle! That reminds me that I need to make this again soon.

2. One-Pot Tomato Basil Chicken Pasta – This is another delicious, yet super simple recipe. I’m noticing that that’s becoming a theme here. =) Toss everything into a big pot, give it a few minutes to cook, and you have an amazing, hearty one-pot pasta meal. I loved this one!

1. Homemade Thin Crust Pizza {The Best Ever!} – And this is our number one recipe, friends! I’m not surprised – it is one of my favorites to this day, and we still make it at least a few times every month. The result is a super quick, fool-proof, addictively thin crust pizza.

So there you have it, folks – the top 5 recipes! I hope that your 2014 gets off to a smashing start, and I can’t wait to share more recipes with you in the new year. Cheers!

What a fabulous year you have had Amy!! I’ve had a great year too, but no new babies, so I think you beat me in that department :-) Love all your top recipes, and I remember pinning th cilantro rice, so thanks for the reminder to make it! I just made your Yukon gold and sweet potato dish with Gruyere cheese for the 3rd Christmas in a row, and as usual it got rave reviews. It’s so rich, I oly make it once a year, but always look forward to it :-). Happy New Year to you and your family!!
